Is there any such place? I don’t think so. It is my experience, more and more, that angels are with us always. But there are places of such abominable darkness that most of us avoid looking at—at all costs—atrocities that only ‘others’ can commit. We don’t want to look within ourselves or even think there could be that possibility. And if we embrace it at all, we want to blame it on evil, on the devil, or something other than ourselves.
